Technical requirements of guide sleeve processing.
(1) guide bushing processing after its working part cylindricity tolerance should meet the requirements.
(2) guide sleeve processing should be carburized, its carburized bimetallic bushing after the quenching hardness of 58-62 HRC, carburizing layer should be uniform.
(3) guide bush and fixed die seat with the diameter of the part of the coaxiality tolerance, should not exceed the working part of the graphite guide bush diameter tolerance of 1/2. guide bush machining, general graphite inlaid bearings are in the roughing after leaving 0.3mm grinding allowance, after heat treatment (commonly used 20 steel carburizing, depth of 0.8 ~ 1.2mm, hardened 58 ~ 62 HRC) after internal and external grinding.
Guide bush machining process.
(1) material preparation: cut off the round steel cut off, length range leave end face cutting allowance 4mm (both ends), in the cylindrical diameter should leave 3 ~ 4 mm turning allowance.
(2) Punching: turning turning end face leave 2-3 mm allowance, drilling guide sleeve hole leave 2 mm turning, grinding allowance, turning cylindrical cutter leave grinding allowance, boring, boring oil groove.
(3) Turning: turn the other end to the size requirements, turning cylindrical to the size.
(4) Inspection: check the size of the previous processes.
(5)Heat treatment: according to the heat treatment process, to ensure that the depth of the carburized layer 0.8-1.2mm, hardness 58-62 HRC.
(6) Grinding: Grinding bore leave 0.01 mm grinding allowance, grinding cylindrical to size.
